WOBURN VILLAGE
Two Tyre’s Design worked with Eden’s to create a new identity to an existing location while also increasing its level of attraction. The development will include new retail as well as new apartments. Eden’s used the images produced to present to the town as well as the state.
Process
Using the site plans and elevations, Two Tyre’s was able to model the site. The site also accounted for elevation changes as well as existing structures such as roads and traffic lights. Once the models were created, the issue of finding a view that showed the overall feeling and identity of the development needed to be chosen.

From the 3-D models, the final rendered illustrations were created using 3-D Max and V-Ray. Once rendered, Photoshop elements were added to finalize the illustrations. The illustrations were to be used be Eden’s to present to the town’s officials and local community.
